How do the jackets work?
Light-up designs have four modes to suit any of your moods: Off, On, Slow Strobe and Fast Strobe. They run on a small (1.25” x 3.5”) light-weight battery pack that requires 2(AA) batteries (included) and are stored in a small secret pocket in the jacket.
All the designs are handmade with love and made-to-order. Designs are carefully sewn into the jacket and cannot be removed. Durable and beautifully integrated.
The batteries typically last 8-12 hours. The design will begin to dim and recommend popping in some fresh batteries.

Do you take returns?
Yes! You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to send it back. At this time returns are for store credit only. Returns are not accepted for custom made orders. Click here for more info.
Can I wash the jackets?
Disconnect your battery pack before washing. Wash the jackets by hand with cold water and a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry. NEVER dry clean or put in the washing machine.
What happens when I experience issues with your design?
You have a 30-day limited warranty. We will fix or replace your jackets, just contact customer service here within 30 days of receiving your order.
