Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to return. At this time we only offer refunds in store credit. Please visit our returns page for detailed instructions.

 

Care Instructions

 

  • NEVER put in washing machine. NEVER dry clean.
  • ALWAYS disconnect battery pack before cleaning.
  • Spot clean by HAND with mild detergent and cold water (The neon wire design is water-resistant, but must be handled with care).
  • DO NOT get battery connector wet. If it gets wet, allow at least 72 HOURS to dry.
  • NEVER use bleach on neon design, it will ruin it.
  • Lay flat to dry.
